Landworks has been providing engineering construction services since its inception in 2016. If your project requires quality control to get compliance certificates we can help with that. Below is a short list of what we can help with, to ensure:
- Works are completed in accordance with the specifications and drawings.
- Consent conditions are followed during construction activities.
- Approved design drawings are correctly interpreted by the contractor.
- Ensuring construction techniques are appropriate for the project.
- Cost control and certifying payment certificates under NZS 3910 contracts.
- Act as an engineer role to the contract and engineer’s representative, which are both required by NZS 3910.
- Pre-construction/pre-pour and final meetings on site with the developer, contractor, drainlayer and Council’s inspectors.
- Regular site inspections and support during construction. Provision of guidance and technical advice for issued raised by the developer, contractor and/or drainlayer
- Liaison with Council and Watercare to obtain Engineering QA Clearances (EACC, CoA)
- Review of pipeline CCTV, and as-built drawings to ensure compliance with relevant standards.
