Peter Lowe

Director / Chartered Professional Civil Engineer

I graduated from the University of Auckland with a Bachelor of Civil Engineering in 1997 and become a Chartered Professional Engineer in 2016 when Landworks Ltd was formed.

I have over 25 years civil engineering experience in land development and Council funded projects and have worked professionally in New Zealand, England, Sweden and Albania.

Since university I worked initially with Fulton Hogan driving machines and constructing roads. Since then I have worked in client and consulting roles, so I have a good understanding of how the wheel turns.

I like to think my experience in many countries, and in different roles, all-encompassing earthworks, roading, stormwater, wastewater and water supply, allows me to make balanced decisions for everyday engineering problems.

James Li

Director / Senior Civil Engineer (Mandarin Speaker)

I graduated from the Auckland Unitec with a Bachelor of Environmental Engineering in 2008 and a Masters degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Auckland.

As a design engineer, I have completed hundreds of land development and subdivision projects from small infill subdivision to large greenfield developments. Expect the general civil engineering design, thanks to my experience in the former Auckland Regional Council and involved in the revision of TP10 and TP108 design manuals, I am specialized in stormwater treatment devices design, and flood assessments. I can provide optimised engineering solutions for onsite stormwater treatment and flood mitigation design packages.

We are an employee owned, boutique civil engineering consultancy firm based in the North Shore, Auckland.

Our focus is land development, infrastructure and subdivision.

We have decades of experience in subdivisions, stormwater and wastewater drainage, water supply, earthworks, roads and accessways. Landworks can assist with most areas of land development, subdivision and infrastructure projects. We have completed hundreds of projects from simple detention tank designs, to larger greenfield residential and commercial developments.

Our aim is to provide logical, pragmatic solutions to engineering problems, and providing honest value for money to our clients.
