Landworks were engaged by Studio West and worked with to provide design and construction monitoring services for this large film studio building in Glen Eden, West Auckland.
Landworks successfully provided Civil Engineering services for the successful Resource Consent, Engineering Plan Approval, building consent and also provided construction monitoring services to achieve the required completion certificates for the project.
This project involved overland flowpaths and flooding, public wastewater, public and private stormwater and a very large car park to serve the film studio parking requirements.
Landworks designed the civil infrastructure from a brown fields site to completion.
