Landworks provided civil engineering services from Resource Consent through to construction for this mixed-use development in central Takapuna. The project delivered 19 units, including 14 with ground-floor commercial spaces with terraced housing above.
The civil design was tailored to accommodate the dual-use layout, with careful integration of business-use requirements. A key aspect of the design involved securing and managing a neighbour approval for a stormwater connection into the adjacent Takapuna Intermediate School. During construction, Landworks provided compliance support and monitoring to ensure stormwater and wastewater systems were delivered to Council standards.
