Landworks provided civil engineering services from Resource Consent through to construction sign-off for this 11-unit residential development in Glenfield.
The site design required careful management of two overland flow paths and an existing flood plain entering the site. Our team successfully routed these safely away from the proposed dwellings, while ensuring no adverse effects on downstream properties. Construction works also involved close coordination with a neighbouring childcare facility, including managing approvals for work within their property boundary.
