Landworks is providing civil engineering services from Resource Consent through to construction for this mixed-use development in Belmont. The project will deliver 24 units, including 9 with business-use ground floors and terraced housing above.
The civil design has been tailored to support the dual residential and commercial function of the site. A key feature of the stormwater design included thrusting a new pipe within the public road berm, requiring careful coordination around existing utilities and street trees.
