Landworks provided civil engineering services for this 11-unit residential subdivision in Torbay, Auckland. Our scope included design for Resource Consent and Engineering Plan Approval, with construction set to start some time into 2026.
The sites steep topography required detailed 3D earthworks modelling, with cut depths up to 4.7 meters, coordinated with architectural and geotechnical disciplines. The civil design included public stormwater, wastewater, private water supply reticulation and common accessway layout.
