Landworks have teamed up with Dreamhome Design to provide this excellent subdivision in Flat Bush. The subdivision consisted of 38 terraced houses and 12 apartments, with on site parking.
Landworks provided Civil Engineering services for the successful Resource Consent, Engineering Plan Approval, and monitored construction of the physical works. The engineering works for this development were successfully completed in 2022 with Council Completion Certificates issued.
Landworks designed the civil infrastructure from a green fields site and included over 3000m3 of earthworks, 450m of stormwater pipes, 350m of wastewater pipes, 350m of water supply pipes, overland flowpath management and concrete accessway design, We also successfully designed and monitored construction of the common accessway, wastewater and stormwater pipes connecting to the new lots to the existing public network.
