Landworks have teamed up with Anson Building to provide 23 great looking town houses situated in West Auckland.
Landworks successfully provided Civil Engineering services for the successful Resource Consent, Engineering Plan Approval and also provided construction monitoring services to achieve the required completion certificates for subdivision.
This project involved public wastewater, public stormwater and public water supply extensions to serve the development. Landworks designed the civil infrastructure from a brown fields site to subdivision completion and collaborated with the following professionals during the application process and is proud to make this development a reality:
