Anson Investment Limited requested our services to provide this great subdivision beside the Avondale Racecourse. Landworks provided Civil Engineering services for the successful Resource Consent, Engineering Plan Approval, and monitored construction of the physical works.
This project involved subdividing the site into 28 residential dwellings. The site involved integration of permeable paving and stormwater detention tanks for stormwater mitigation which were optimised using HEC HMS design software, which ensures the tanks are not larger than they need to be, therefore minimising construction costs for the developer.
Landworks also successfully designed and monitored construction of the common accessway, wastewater and stormwater pipes connecting to the new lots to the existing public network.
The engineering works for this development were successfully completed in 2022 with Council Completion Certificates issued.
