Landworks have teamed up with CETA developments to provide this high-quality development at Northcross. Landworks provided Civil Engineering services for the successful Resource Consent, Engineering Plan Approval and Building Consent applications which were successfully approved in quick time.
The Ridge Residencies consists of 63 terraced residential dwellings and 27 residential apartments, with on site parking. Landworks designed the civil infrastructure from a green fields site and included over 5000m3 of earthworks, 700m of stormwater pipes, 450m of wastewater pipes, 500m of water supply pipes, 65 stormwater mitigation tanks, overland flowpath and concrete accessway design.
